Mohammad Rafi Yousufzai
Muhammad Rafi Yousufzai has a B.A. in Law and political science from Karwan University. He has a certificate of research and policy project management, Volunteerism and has experience in project Analysis, financial accounting, marketing, business administration, Leadership, human resource management, as well as quantitative and qualitative research. Muhammad Rafi Yousufzai has worked as Senior Researcher officer since 3 years with CPAU in different projects on reintegration, human Security, lively-hoods, access to justice, He has also developed experience as a field researcher and trainer, and has conducted focus group discussions, in-depth interviews, written training manuals, trained facilitators, debriefed field operators, translated interviews and reports, developed research and survey questions, and designed sampling protocols. Currently Muhammad Rafi Yousufzai is Director of Cooperation for Youth Development Organization and CYD is created from 15 Youth civil societies in Afghanistan. Mohammad Rafi Yousufzai is fluent in Dari and Pashto, and is conversant in English.
