Atemkeng Andre is the Programme Coordinator for Vision in Action Cameroon. He is also a publisher and an author of two publications with LAP Lambert Academy Publishing. He is currently involved in several dialogues with young people at community level. Atemkeng Andre completed his Master's degree in Environmental Anthropology.

My name is Atemkeng Andre from Cameroon. I holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Sociology and Anthropology with a minor in Political Science with a Master of Science Degree (MSc.) in Environmental Anthropology f from the Faculty of Social and Management Sciences, University of Buea Cameroon. Presently, I am the Programme Officer for Vision in Action Cameroon, a youth run and led Organization which focuses on Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights that support and enables young people to create programmes and influence change in their communities in the areas of Gender, Sexuality, Health, Education, Human Rights and Governance. In 2011, I served as the Project coordinator for Big Steps Outreach Network, a Non-Governmental Organization in the South West Region of Cameroon focusing on Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights; Community Development, Democracy and Human Right, with a strong personality of composure and maturity. I am a good resource person/volunteer when it comes to exchanging ideas and strategies in accelerating Youth Empowerment for Sustainable Development in developing countries of Africa, why not globally.
I am a publisher and the author of two (2) books in Environmental Anthropology and Social Sciences in general published in 2019. These include: Community Participation in Forest Resource Management: the case of the Mount Cameroon Forest Reserve Area of the Buea Sub-Division, South West Region of Cameroon; The Influence of NGOs in Poverty Alleviation: the case of the Mount Cameroon National Park (MCNP) forest programme of the South West Region Cameroon.
