Yael Ohana is a specialist in youth policy, international youth work, and intercultural non-formal political education. She is the co-founder and principal project officer at Frankly Speaking–Training, Research & Development, a small educational and research consultancy that focuses on civil society, education, and lifelong learning and provides project support services to nongovernmental and international organizations in the youth, voluntary and international development sectors. Previously, she worked as an educational advisor at the Council of Europe’s Youth Department, with responsibility for the development and implementation of educational programs and youth policy activities.
