International Relations graduate with nearly three years' practical experience and career development from Service Delivery, to Project Management to Project Officer with particular focus on working with Youth from diverse ethnic and religious Context in Sri Lanka. Bringing and bridging young people from diverse religious and ethnics groups to expresses themselves non-violently through creative art. Possesses excellent interpersonal, communication and ICT skills and the ability to develop and maintain mutually beneficial internal and external relationships. Enjoys being part of, as well as managing, motivating, a successful and productive team, and thrives in highly-pressurized and challenging work environments.
