Damola Morenikeji is a social entrepreneur, regarded a rising voice in leadership, education
and human/social development in Africa. He founded AllforDevelopment with a commitment of building young people and inspiring excellence in leadership and governance through education and human capital development. Through Studership, the annual international youth leadership programme he initiated, hundreds of emerging leaders from over 30 countries have been equipped, connected and are contributing to the development of their communities, through social impacts, as global/ active citizens.

Beyond speaking and training individuals and organisations on leadership, Damola has contributed to policy development at several fora, including the World Economic Forum on Africa. His work has earned him fellowships and awards including the US President Obama- initiated Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) RLC Fellowship, Fellow of The Social Leadership Academy, USA, DESPLAY Africa Fellowship and appointment as aworldatschool Global Youth Ambassador (as launched by United Nations’ Secretary General, Ban Ki moon and UN Envoy on Global Education, Gordon Brown in April 2014). He is recipient of the 2015 Africa Youth Awards for Excellence in Leadership, Government of Ogun, Nigeria’s Ogun Youth Awards for Excellence, ICPC/NAVC’s Integrity Practitioner Award, Vice Chancellor’s Productivity Award, finalist Life Changer UK’s Rising Star Award, and is currently nominated as one of the Ten Outstanding Young Persons in Nigeria by the Junior Chamber International.
