I am currently working as a Policy Analyst with the education team in the Human Development and Gender Equality directorate at the Canadian International Development Agency. I work on education in emergencies, conflict, post-conflict, and fragile states. I also represent CIDA on the Inter-Agency Network on Education in Emergencies Working Group on Education and Fragility.
As a 2009-2010 Gordon Global Fellow, I conducted research in southern Sudan on access to quality education and the use of the INEE Minimum Standards. I recently completed a masters degree in Conflict at the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs, Carleton University.
