- This time I could describe myself as young leader, potential social entrepreneur and volunteer green tutor. Have B.A in the field of economics and accomplished all necessary courses for partial fullfilment of Msc in agro economics and Rural Development awards through extension program, along with earned certificates by attending all Online YALI network courses, YALI RLC east africa Coherent participant in Bussiness and enterpreunership track ,and holding an event on climate change, updating my professional capabilities and qualities. Inherited leadirship traits of integrity ,initiative, energy, assertiveness and perservance from my family and birth place charectrized by mul-ticultural and multi-lingual rural community combined with aquired multi-national expertise and leadership skills while working as technical leadership and managerial position on permanent job positions hold in agro industry's owned by different foreign national for more than 9 years. I have demonstrated leadership potentials and high capability of managing bussiness operations of introducing new products, logistics for sales and delivery beside to outstanding interpersonal skills including people management, leadership and both written and verbal communication skills, works well team settins and quickly addressing challanges that best fit quality for leading the technical needs of almost more than half of ethiopian populations in economic and social development projects. As young entrepreneur, working on start up of Green Bussiness intending to provide efficient irrigation technologoes and agricultural inputs in affordable prices for small holders and working as volunteer green Tutor of rural fuel wood carrier women's in coordination with women's affair office promoting jatropha plantation as alternative energy

- Leadership, project management, financial management,agronomy, community organizing, women's empowerment, afforestation, working in harshy environment, risk management, business and development project , consulting business and development projects, project monitoring & planning , computing data analysis through different computer programs and teaching skills are few of my expertise area among others.
