I serve as Executive Director of a non-profit organization advocating family well-being which includes youth development programs.

With a good academic qualifications both in undergraduate and graduate level and with exposures in other countries through visits and some engagements in leadership and human resource development projects.

My passion is to see youth developed and empowered with life skills and that they can have a better future. Hundreds of these youth leaders in the Philippines already undergone trainings of trainers on leadership, communication skills, adolescence sexualtiy and reproductive health, awareness building on teen pregnancies, adolescence healthy lifestyle, personality development, career path, etc.
