I represent Ellsworth Kiwanis. I am chairperson for the committee to raise funds for a splash pad for Ellsworth, Ks. I am a semi-retired pharmacist. I owned a drugstore for 43 years. Our mission in Kiwanis is advocacy for children. We fund the maintenance of the local scout building, we provide scholarships to students for higher education, we provide a halloween party for the kids, we sponsor monies for students to attend leadership camps, and many, many more endeavors.

Our main emphasis is Ellsworth, Ks. However, we have pledged to raise $33,000 to fight neonatal tetanus through Kiwanis International
