Prem has been working in youth and peaebuilding sector in Nepal since three years. His focus is on the bridging the gaps of different divided groups and create the space for youth in society so that they can contribute the peacebuilding and development as key actors of society.
Before this, Prem worked as a Program Manager of a NGO in western nepal to improve the livelihood, education and quality life of youth.
