Please share a short bio for yourself. This should be no more than 3-4 short paragraphs.
I am currently working on peacebuilding monitoring and evaluation for Mercy Corps' Conflict Management Group. I received my Master's degree at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, where I focused on human security and conflict resolution. My thesis was titled, "Youth Unemployment and Social Capital: The role of social networks in vocational training programs for male youth in post-conflict societies."
I have conducted evaluations of peacebuilding programs in Karamoja, Uganda, for Mercy Corps' Building Bridges to Peace program, and in Sierra Leone. For Search for Common Ground in Sierra Leone, I conducted an assessment of the relationship among community radio, development, and peacebuilding.
Prior to starting at Fletcher, I worked as Program Manager at Global Nomads Group, an international education NGO that fosters dialogue among youth around the world through videoconferencing. I also worked in Lima, Peru, on a community development project.
