Peer review of Research on how the UN and World Bank constructs youth (living in conflict) in youth policy

I have just completed a quick desk review of how UN and World Bank youth policy constructs youth living in conflict. I have not been able to discuss my thoughts on the matter with people here (no one interested in youth development in my department) so if you have any constructive feedback, I am more than open to it!

Thank You for sharing this draft very detailed paper. It is very informative and You have done some really good research to produce it. You should approach Susan Shepler, Jane Lowicki, Siobhan McEvoy-Levy, and some others who are members of this site whose work You have sited.
