Based on a comparative review of current and past efforts to reach out to children and youth as part of outreach programing for TJ measures, this brief and practically oriented document provides ideas to develop youth and child tailored outreach programs for transitional justice measures. It also aims at raising awareness about the importance of including children and youth in transitional justice processes in generally, and specifically through outreach and public education activities and programming. Countries examined include: Canada, Cambodia, Colombia, Kenya, Liberia, Peru, Nepal, Sierra Leone, and Tunisia.
